Payment
All orders must be prepaid, including shipping, We accept Cash, Visa or Master card via Paypal
Artwork Files
Our pre-press department checks all submitted artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Fast Color & Printing. Fast Color & Printing is not responsible for any issues as to orientation or alignment of the pages of your submitted documents, graphics (misspelling, punctuation, fonts, cuts, folds, marks, etc.), nor for any distortions, pixelations or color shifts. All artwork must be provided as specified in our file Submission Guidelines (CMYK color mode, minimum of 300 dpi resolution, bleeds, orientation, etc.). You have full legal liability for the content of your artwork files (also see below, Indemnification).
We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason. It is your responsibility to maintain a copy of your original files. While we safeguard your files we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of your files.
COPY & DESIGN ERRORS
By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by the customer upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted or the design that was approved.
Color Accuracy / Color Matching
Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction and or color Matching is not guaranteed. The same applies, for technical reasons, to color comparison of different print runs. By placing an order with Fast Color & Printing Inc. you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient & Color density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to Double check their work. We are not liable for delays in the order caused by customer’s non-approval of the proof. The Final artwork You send to us is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text.
It is important that you send us the accurate color schemes Neither do they show color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density.
Application of UV coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product. The proof must be treated as independent from the original submitted file and thoroughly reviewed prior to approval. It should be checked against the original file for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement. The customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof.
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins on the day you have submitted your files if the order is placed before 2 pm central time zone turnaround time begins on the next business day if placed after 2 pm. If we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, production will be delayed. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered when calculating turnaround times. Printing turnaround time does not include shipping. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, you will be notified by email, However, the technical difficulty will not justify an order cancellation.
Shipping
We Would like to remind you that Pick up is always free in the Chicagoland area.
All shipping is done via UPS or FedEx. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by UPS or FedEx.
For example, a product with a shipping time of 1-3 days which is picked up on Thursday would be delivered on Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. Shipping transit times vary, and Fast Color & Printing assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from
the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and delivering it to UPS or FedEx for shipping. Fast Color & Printing is not liable for damages which occur in shipping.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
There is absolutely no way to cancel the order. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored.
There are absolutely no exceptions. Customer agrees that by placing an order with us, the Customer has incurred and is paying for services provided and that regardless of whether the Customer refuses to take delivery of such product ordered, Fast Color & Printing has rendered a service for which it shall be paid in full. The Customer agrees that by placing any such order, the Customer will not cancel or terminate the order or refuse any such payment for the services provided. In addition, the Customer authorizes Fast Color & Printing Inc.to use these terms and conditions with any credit card company or financial institution to establish that Customer is not allowed to cancel any such order and that any such chargeback is improper.
Cancellation is no longer possible due to the personal character of the products, which makes a re-sale impossible
Return Policy
Since each order is unique and has no resale value, all sales are final.
General Limitation of Liability
Fast Color & Printing Inc. is not liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of God, accident, delay or any special incidental or consequential damage of any kind which arise out of or are in any way
connected with using this website, our services or our products. If notwithstanding the above, Fast Color & Printing Inc. is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this website or our products, including defective goods, the user agrees that its liability shall in no event exceed the stated selling price.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fast Color & Printing Inc. from any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of this website or our products. The customer is entirely responsible for the use of any images or content and certifies that he owns the rights or has a license to use the images and content being reproduced. The customer indemnifies and holds harmless Fast Color & Printing Inc. from any claim relating to the customer’s infringement of any copyright, patent or other proprietary rights of any person, his use of any matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene. We do not pre-screen content. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Privacy
Fast Color & Printing Inc. takes your privacy very seriously. Your information will only be used to complete your order and to contact you with updates and newsletters, and not be shared. Log file data and other information gathered from users of Fast Color & Printing Inc. are used to improve the website and for marketing purposes. We will not give, sell or otherwise distribute the information collected through this site to third parties (unless required by law) except those who assist us in collecting, using or otherwise processing the information obtained through this site, who are equally bound to this policy. You agree that you will protect your password and control access to your registered account. You will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions taken through your account.
